The Zone is comprised of the ecclesiastical dioceses of Kampala, Hoima and Port Portal. The main apostolate of the Little Sisters of Mary Immaculate of Gulu in these zone include. Education from nursery schools to Secondary education, health care services; social services; and pastoral ministries in assisting the priests in evangelization and catechization of the people of God
